Beef and Lamb

About twenty kilometers south of Echuca Northern Victoria, The Castle is home to an open organic farm that produces premium organic beef and lamb.

We have spent over six years applying Rudolph Steiner’s principles to effect dramatic change in the soil health of our farm through application of a variety of trace elements, soil and folia sprays.

Our farm does not use harmful chemicals in our beef and lamb production process and is environmentally friendly with over five percent of the farm given back to Biodiversity.

Our products are all premium quality and exhibit the unique taste and feel that is truly organically grown.
