We are third and fourth generation Australian farmers whom decided to trial organic farming on our new 75HA (200 acres) property in Ballendella, Northern Victoria (about twenty minutes drive south of Echuca (see below ). We are committed to growing premium quality organic beef cattle & lambs . The farm has been completely reengineered for the purpose of rotational grazing and ease of management with intensive yearly soil improvement, pasture renovation and soil testing with BioAg consultant Mr. Ivan Mitchell. We have been on their soil improvement program for six years and frequently hold open days at the farm. We do not use harmful chemicals, pesticides or herbicides in our organic growth system, instead rely on BioAg composted fertilizers and full suite of folia and soil spray treatments. We move cattle around our farm on a daily basis through the rotation and always attempt to make their stay with us a stress free as possible to enhance flavor, texture and tenderness. Mud Map: |
